Leafy greens, cheese, and apples are just a few of the food choices that will positively affect your oral health. What you eat can have a direct link not only to your oral health but overall health as well.

3. Avoid Smoking

Did you know that after smoking daily for only a month your teeth can start to become discolored? Imagine the outcome after smoking for years. Not only is smoking bad for your overall health but it can lead to your teeth becoming permanently stained.
